Sweet Tomato Basil Hummus
This sweet tomato basil hummus is a great spread or dip for all your favorite sandwiches, crackers, and veggies.

1 food processor
1 rubber or silicone spatula
(for scraping the sides of the processor)
1 set measuring spoons
1/4 cup measuring cup
Ingredients

chickpeas
¼
cup
tahini
¼
cup
lemon juice

tablespoons
canola oil
2
cloves
garlic, crushed
½
teaspoon
salt

whole
cherry tomatoes
2
sprigs
basil leaves, no stem
½
tablespoon
honey
½
teaspoon
vanilla
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Making basic hummus
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Smash and peel garlic.
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and canola oil.
Process 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is combined. Scrape sides as needed.
Adding flavor
Add cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Process until combined. Scrape sides as needed.
Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Process until smooth and all ingredients are combined. Scrape sides as needed.
Serve!
